This is a video made by another teacher, Christine Munafo, explaining the process and steps of long division. We have watched this in the classroom, but this will provide an excellent review for your child.
A huge “THANK YOU!” to all the men and women who have served or are currently serving in our military forces. The sacrifices that you and your families have made or are making are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed. Below is a short video of the history of Veterans’ Day.
Our school phone system is currently down! If you need to reach me or get a message to your child, please call this number for the Intermediate: 903-452-3717
Whew! What a day! All of the kids came in this morning with smiles on their faces (even though some were nervous smiles 🙂 ), and those smiles were still there this afternoon! It was a great day!
Just a few notes for parents:
- Please make sure to read and sign your child’s planner daily. It is an important tool that is used to keep you informed.
- Homework folders should also be checked for important papers and notes.
- Every student needs an inexpensive cloth bag, such as a recyclable grocery bag, to use for carrying supplies to the switch class. Backpacks will not be used as “switch” bags.
