STAAR Testing this Week

4th Graders will take the STAAR Writing test tomorrow, March 28.

  • It is important that students be at school on time!

  • Students should plan to bring lunch from home in the morning or purchase lunch from the cafeteria. No outside food or drink will be allowed tomorrow OR Wednesday (5th gr. is STAAR testing on Wednesday). Visitors for lunch will not be permitted on campus on March 28-29.

  • Students may bring a healthy snack (no sticky or messy fingers!), mint gum or candy mints, and one sealed bottle of room-temperature water.  Any other drink will not be allowed.

  • Because the use of technology is not allowed on testing days, I will be unable to check email or phone messages.  If you have a message that needs to get to me or your child, please call the Intermediate office (903/291-2101) and they will deliver the message.
